Senior Product Marketing Manager

We have an incredibly active and quickly growing marketing program here at Sense and our Head of Marketing is looking for a talented and independent Sr. PMM to act as her right hand to own and drive all aspects of Product Marketing. We are looking for a bright, talented, and hungry Sr. Product Marketing Manager to help bring Sense’s story to the world. This is a unique opportunity to help set a Product Marketing Stategy, set positioning and messaging help develop brand strategy, work closely with Product, Sales and Customer Success, launch new products, vigorously test new acquisition channels, nail our messaging and story, and help support Sense’s revenye goals.

Your Responsibilities:

 Develop a deep understanding of our target market staffing market, including buyer personas, key uses cases, and customer needs
• Plan and prioritize marketing initiatives in conjunction with Sales, CSM and Enablement
• Tailor messaging to the needs of prospects, current customers for net new buyers, cross-sells and upsells
• Define, track and analyze metrics to manage pipeline and revenue targets in partnership with sales and head of marketing
• Work closely with the Head of marketing to develop lead generation strategies and integrated marketing programs to meet overall lead generation goals to support revenue goals
• Own Sense’s value proposition across the customer lifecycle
Write and supervise new messaging to content across different channels – web copy, webinars, conferences, sales decks, collateral, digital, etc
• Effectively collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Product Management
Effectively manage freelancers, contractors and outside agencies to meet marketing teams’ goals
Other cross-functional projects as needed




Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of related work experience, preferably in a startup environment
2+ years in a product marketing role
Experience with marketing tools and automation such as Hubspot, Marketo, Optimizely, Wordpress, Drift and Outreach
A right and left-brained thinker; you’re as comfortable with a technical piece of content as you are creative brand work
Passionate and pro-active: a driven, self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
Not afraid to ask why, and say no. 
Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
Superior organizational and time management skills; excellent attention to detail.
Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in HR Tech, or content heavy role
Previous experience managing contractors or outside agencies
Experience or passion within recruiting or staffing space is a plus
