Senior Product Designer

Our design program here at Sense is growing, and our Head of User Experience is looking to hire our first full time Product Design Specialist to own and evolve the UI across all of our current and future products. We are looking for a creative and pragmatic designer—someone who will help us find solutions to user pain points we didn't know we needed to solve. This is a unique opportunity to help build the product design team from the ground up. Working closely with the rest of the org to figure out how to best solve our users problems.

Someone who uses a qualitative + quantitative understanding of customers to backup their design decisions


Experience with traditional graphic design, digital & paper prototyping, UI patterns for both native & web apps, information architecture, and coming up with scrappy ways to do research.

Preferred Qualifications:

SaaS Enterprise experience 
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 
3+ years of related work experience 
Experience or passion within recruiting or staffing space is a plus
