Product Manager

At Sense, we are transforming the Contractor Experience for the World's Best Places to Work. Independent workers now make up nearly 31% of the US workforce, and we are reinventing the way companies build long-term relationship with this workforce by creating the industry's first employee engagement platform to drastically improve communication and job satisfaction. We believe this type of work is only going to get more common and the experience can be much better for the candidates and contractors.

Our team here at Sense is growing, and we are looking to hire a product manager to work on existing and new products. We are looking for a creative and pragmatic product manager—someone who will help us find solutions to user pain points we didn't know we needed to solve.

What we’re looking for:

Someone who’s flexible and adapts quickly in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Someone who wants to become an absolute expert on our customers. We work in a unique and fascinating vertical and you should want to go deep to understand the space.

Someone who works cross-functionally. Working across Design, Engineering, Marketing, BI, and Account Management to help the company ship the best possible products.

Someone who uses a qualitative + quantitative understanding of customers to backup their design decisions. You should be able to use data to help the company make decisions but also know when to fall back on qualitative methods if the right data isn't available.

Someone who is organized and methodical to help keep the various teams you work with on track to ship product continually and on time.

Someone who is entrepreneurial, self driven and enjoys working in a constantly changing environment.
