Growth Manager

We are looking for a highly driven individual to join our team as a Growth Manager, someone who will lead us to further insight about our company in the present and work directly with our Co-Founders, as a key member of our Management team, to develop long-term strategy to sustain rapid growth.  S/he is excited to help us tackle challenging problems, is highly adaptable and eager to learn, and is hungry to jump-in and help drive growth at a young startup.  The Growth Manager will have a front-row seat to learn how we think about building our business, and will have an opportunity to add value from day one. S/he will bring past experiences to the role and will use his/her unique perspective to help us think creatively about how to approach the biggest challenges and opportunities facing our company. Position locations include San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York City. 

  • Work with the Head of Growth Marketing to analyze SENREVE’s addressable market and determine strategic growth opportunities; manage our understanding of the competitive landscape  
  • Carry out acquisition marketing across all performance channels including but not limited to:  
    • Facebook / Instagram
    • Google AdWords
    • Pinterest
    • Affiliates
    • Influencers
  • Other non-traditional platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit, direct mail, YouTube and more 
  • Use analytics techniques to derive insights and formulate recommendations to grow the the company’s top-line while maintaining strong LTV/CAC ratio and unit economics 
  • Support Head of Growth Marketing with identifying and maintaining relationships with affiliates and influencers to execute paid campaigns that elevate SENREVE’s brand 
  • Implement retention marketing strategy, including but not limited to, email marketing, loyalty and referrals, to drive repeat purchases and maximize customer LTV 
  • Analyze marketing funnel in order to optimize unit economics, LTV / CAC ratio, and create virtuous marketing cycle 
  • Assist SENREVE team in developing new marketing strategies for new international geographies 
  • Implement and evaluate database infrastructure for real-time analytics dashboards and reports of marketing funnel and ROI across each acquisition channel 
  • Manage relations with third-party vendors and campaign partners for the development of business partnerships 
  • Use analytics techniques to derive insights and formulate recommendations for the management team 
  • Ensure that the goals of our individual business units are aligned with our long-term company vision through cross-team communication 
  • Support day-to-day operations of the company; willing to “roll up sleeves” if needed with a “no task is too small” mentality 

  • Strong analytical skills and passion for leveraging data to derive insights and drive impactful business and marketing decisions 
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint is a must; SQL and other database skills is nice-to-have 
  • Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager, Google Adwords, and Google Analytics
  • Entrepreneurial and confident spirit with a passion for the luxury retail industry 
  • Self-starter that can take on projects and manage them end-to-end, seeking help and guidance as needed
  • Great at multitasking and task prioritization 
  • Sound business judgement when interacting with customers, internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Natural ability to think creatively, generate marketing ideas, and perpetuate the SENREVE mythology and narrative in order to continually elevate SENREVE’s brand 
  • Strong analytical thinking; able to derive key insights from messy data 
  • Quick learner in a fast-paced environment and an appetite to take on a variety of tasks
  • Strong communicator who can clearly synthesize information in a concise manner
  • Takes ownership of deliverables and commits to delivering quality results with great attention to detail
  • Excellent at Excel and PowerPoint (Strong financial modeling skills a plus) 
  • Excited to disrupt the luxury retail industry and position SENREVE as the most-coveted luxury brand for a new generation of accomplished professionals 

  • 2-4 years professional experience in top-tier Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Investment Banking, Private Equity or consumer startups
  • Experience working in the direct-to-consumer space a plus (not required)
  • BA/BS from a leading institution
