Head of Brand Marketing

We are looking for a highly creative and analytical individual to join our team as Head of Brand Marketing, someone who will work with our Co-Founders and Executive team to drive a stellar brand experience across all of SENREVE’s channels.  As Head of Brand Marketing, you will help drive sales and increased growth through storytelling and developing campaigns to create an elevated brand.  You will help to grow brand awareness, acquire new customers, drive traffic/conversion and enhance the customer experience. You will work with influencers and celebrities to create content that develops a strong social media and community presence. This role involves working in a dynamic, fast-paced and feedback-driven environment to solve complex business problems where you will be given the opportunity to add value from day one. Position locations include San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York City. 

  • Build luxury brand elevation through furthering the "mythology" of SENREVE
  • Drive sales and rapid growth through brand elevating marketing initiatives
  • Work with influencers and celebrities to create content that will strengthen our social media and community presence
  • Lead ideation through execution for all brand marketing initiatives
  • Organize campaign planning and branded events, including short and long term content strategies across channels
  • Establish brand partnerships and drive partnership projects from concept to execution
  • Conduct market research to create content and messaging that increase brand awareness and differentiates SENREVE in the market
  • Collaborate with growth and retention marketing to understand their revenue and growth objectives, capitalizing on content and integrating it across every channel and customer journey
  • Develop a consistent brand marketing performance feedback loop and update the management team on KPIs that can be used to make informative decisions 
  • Manage freelance and creative agencies as needed
  • Recruit, hire and develop a team of brand marketers

  • Highly strategic, creative and results-oriented with a proven track record in campaign development and brand storytelling
  • Strong ability to translate product, trend and merchandising details into unique marketing narratives
  • Possess a growth mindset and will foster a test-and-learn approach across the marketing team
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with focus on execution, problem solving, and improving processes
  • Self-motivated and will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires an ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Excellent communication with audiences across all levels of the company
  • Team oriented; willing to occasionally step-in and take on responsibilities outside of immediate scope when needed
  • Proven ability to develop a high-caliber team of Brand Marketers who are motivated to achieve their best

  • 3-5+ years of brand marketing experience in the fashion, lifestyle or direct-to-consumer space
  • BA/BS from a leading institution preferred 
  • Previous experience leading and managing a team is a plus
