Head of Growth Marketing

We are looking for a Head of Growth Marketing with expertise in both acquisition and retention performance marketing to drive long-term growth for SENREVE, a company at the intersection of luxury fashion and technology. This individual will play an integral role in shaping the future of SENREVE by developing, executing and refining a holistic growth marketing strategy. S/he must be motivated by having deep ownership and impact. This role requires the combination of analytical and creative skills: maniacally tracking the performance of a marketing budget while creatively managing campaigns with affiliates and influencers to continue elevating SENREVE’s luxury brand narrative. The Head of Growth Marketing will have the opportunity to build out the marketing team and infrastructure necessary to drive sustainable growth for SENREVE. Position locations include San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York City. 

• Drive acquisition marketing across all performance marketing channels, including but not limited to: 
  • Facebook / Instagram
  • Google AdWords
  • Pinterest
  • Affiliates
  • Influencers
  • Other non-traditional platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit, direct mail, YouTube and more 
• Identify, test, measure, and optimize various marketing channels in order to grow the company’s top-line while maintaining strong LTV/CAC ratio and unit economics 
• Identify, negotiate, and collaborate with affiliates and influencers to execute paid campaigns that elevate SENREVE’s brand while driving ROI-positive conversions 
• Develop, implement and refine retention marketing strategy, including but not limited to email marketing, loyalty and referrals, to drive repeat purchases and maximize customer LTV 
• Track and optimize every step of the marketing funnel in order to optimize unit economics, LTV / CAC ratio, and create virtuous marketing cycle 
• Assist SENREVE team in developing new marketing strategies for new international geographies 
• Identify, evaluate and select appropriate tools and software to enhance and automate SENREVE’s marketing process 
• Develop the database infrastructure in order to build analytics dashboards and reports to provide robust, real-time view of marketing funnel and ROI across each acquisition channel 
• Manage third-party vendors and campaign partners to drive exponential, long-term ROI- positive growth for SENREVE 
• Build and hire high-performing marketing team to help achieve SENREVE’s growth strategy 

• Strong analytical skills and passion for leveraging data to derive insights and drive impactful business and marketing decisions 
• Advanced proficiency in Excel is a must; SQL and other database skills is nice-to-have 
• Mastery of Facebook Business Manager, Google Adwords, and Google Analytics is a must 
• Ability to thrive in an intense, fast-paced, high-growth, and entrepreneurial environment with passion for building processes and teams from scratch 
• Ability to think critically, learn quickly, master cutting edge channels and new technologies, and grow personally and professionally 
• Deep knowledge of current and emerging digital technology 
• Strong combination of strategic, tactical and leadership skills 
• Passion for the intersection of traditional high-end luxury, technology and digitally native vertical brands 
• Natural ability to think creatively, generate marketing ideas, and perpetuate the SENREVE mythology and narrative in order to continually elevate SENREVE’s brand 
• Motivated and trustworthy self-starter with high efficiency work style, time management, and accountability 
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with passion for seamless execution, problem- solving, and building and improving scalable processes and teams 
• Team-oriented; willing to take on responsibilities outside of immediate scope when needed 

• 3-5 years professional experience 
• BA from a leading institution preferred 
• Previous experience in acquisition and retention marketing at a consumer startup 
• Previous experience leading and managing a team is a plus 
• Understanding of technologies and leading reporting tools necessary for performance marketing 
• Experience working at a digital marketing or e-commerce brand is a plus
