Sempre’s two-sided marketplace allows life sciences companies to add their high-value meds to our platform, while giving health plans a unique tool to improve member adherence and outcomes for just the therapeutic areas they care about. Patients receive texts like, "If you pick up your medication by Sunday you'll pay $15. If you wait until next week, this goes up to $20." With Sempre, patients can finally share in the savings they generate for the system by simply following their treatment regimens.
In 2018, we announced our $8M series A, major partnerships with pharma manufacturers & PBMs, and 12-month outcomes plus expanded partnership with UPMC Health Plan, part of the second largest integrated health system in the U.S. We’re also working directly with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid to launch the first program of our kind. As we have more payors and members joining our platform than ever, we’re looking for a Call Specialist to support our pharmacy operations.
This is a part-time, 2-month contract role based out of the Sempre office in San Francisco. This role is non-benefits eligible.
What you’ll work on
As a Pharmacy Operations Call Specialist, you will be working with our operations team to support our engagements with pharmacies. Using our internal software tools, you will play an integral role in getting patients up and running with our discounts. In this part-time role, you will need to be comfortable engaging with third-parties on the phone and adept at documenting processes ( >90% of time spent on the phone). You will act as the external face of our rapidly growing organization as we engage directly with pharmacists to help patients save.
