Customer Relationship Specialist

Required skills & experience for this position:

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer relationship management or sales
  • Bachelor's degree
  • An ideal candidate would have customer relationship management
  • experience in Healthcare Information Technology (HIT)
  • Experience managing accounts with a focus on contract renewals and upgrades
  • Experience as a Registered Nurse in NICU, L&D, PICU, etc looking to get off the floor and into a customer-facing, travel position preferred 

What you need to know

  • CRS will be the main point of contact for existing customers.
  • Educate customers on new functionality and/or new products and assess their interest level.
