These roles will be responsible for Sales Execs and Sr. Sales Execs in the CRM (Salesforce) vertical and new healthcare business vertical. Geography will likely be divided east/ west. These candidates will ideally have healthcare/ integration/ Salesforce ecosystem experience and must have a solid working knowledge of Salesforce and have past demonstrated behavior of effectively managing a team using Salesforce. The base salary competitive with OTE at 2x. Variable comp for these roles will be team commission and individual goals (50/50).
Required skills & experience:
- Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university; advanced degree a plus.
- Must have a solid working knowledge of Salesforce and have past demonstrated behavior of effectively managing a team using Salesforce.
- Must have healthcare/ integration/ Salesforce ecosystem experience
- Demonstrated history of success in outside sales role focus on healthcare technology (SaaS required).
- 10+ years of SaaS sales experience including a minimum of 5 years of progressive people leader sales experience.

- There are two Sr. Director of Sales roles. One must sit in Nashville and one can sit out West: San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, Denver, Phoenix, etc.
