Our growing restaurant group is seeking kitchen to leaders for immediate openings. Full compensation and benefit package offered to include base salary, bonus structure and benefits outlined below. Beyond delicious and high-skilled cooking, our chefs are expected to offer hospitality to our guests, colleagues and vendors.
Specific responsibilities include:
-Effectively leading a kitchen team of line cooks, prep cooks and porters.
-Executing and managing all stations of the restaurant for all services.
-Developing and contributing menu ideas in line with the concept.
-Managing and training all kitchen staff
-Ordering and tracking inventory
-Maintaining health department, food quality, and restaurant standards at all times
-Excellent cooking skills
-3-5 years of relevant restaurant experience (culinary degree is preferred but not required)
-Able to handle a fast-paced environment and manage pressure well
-Responsible, respectful and team player
-Great work ethic and committed to being the best
