 Our menu includes rotating items, based on seasonality. While at work, you will learn authentic production techniques and forms while also working in a job that prioritizes a work/life balance. We expect all team members to contribute ideas and collaborate together to make the strongest possible culinary team.
 Responsibilities include:
 -Production with flexibility to work weekends and holidays
 -Working in a learning environment with room for professional development and growth
 -Developing and contributing ideas with menu development
 -Operating in a clean workspace and producing top-quality food to support the culinary team 
 -Collaborating with the management team to effectively lead the culinary team
 -Maintaining health department, food quality, and restaurant standards at all times
 Requirements include:
 -Excellent culinary skills
 -Relevant restaurant experience with exceptional skills
 -Able to handle a fast-paced environment and manage pressure well
 -Responsible, respectful, and team player 
 -Great work ethic and committed to being the best
 -Current ServSafe certification, preferred (if you don't have one, we will you get one)
 -Flexibility to work weekends and without restrictions

 We offer a highly competitive salary, with medical, dental, and vision benefits after 90 days of employment for full time employees. After 30 days of employment, our team enjoys a dining benefit at all SRG restaurants in the area with 100% off of food and N/A beverages (up to 4 people). After one year of employment, employees become eligible to join the company's 401K plan with up to 4% company matching.
