Specific responsibilities include:
-Effectively leading a team of sous chefs, line cooks, prep cooks and porters.
-Executing and managing all stations of the restaurant for all services.
-Developing and contributing menus in line with the concept.
-Managing and training all kitchen staff
-Ordering and tracking inventory, financial reporting and meeting key benchmarks
-Maintaining health department, food quality, and restaurant standards at all times
-Excellent cooking skills
-3-5 years of relevant restaurant experience (culinary degree is preferred but not required)
-Able to handle a fast-paced environment and manage pressure well
-Responsible, respectful and team player
-Great work ethic and committed to being the best
We offer medical, dental, and vision benefits after 90 days of employment for full time employees. After 30 days of employment, our team enjoys a 100% off food and NA beverage dining benefit at all of our restaurants. All chefs receive a dining allowance per year to explore other restaurants and continue the learning process. After one year of employment, employees become eligible to join the company's 401K plan with up to 4% company matching.
