Technical Content Manager - Remote

ScheduleOnce is looking for a Technical Content Manager to join our growing Product Management team. The Technical Content Manager will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and organizing all customer-facing documentation in our Support center and Developer center. The Technical Content Manager must have an excellent understanding of the ScheduleOnce platform, the software development process, and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

-Create and update customer-facing technical documentation in both our Support center and Developer center
-Work closely with Marketing, Product Owners, Product Managers, System Architects, and -Engineers throughout the complete product lifecycle to gather technical knowledge and receive feedback
-Ensure technical accuracy and incorporate feedback into processes and content
-Become a subject matter expert on product documentation and make recommendations to improve technical information based on target audiences
-Analyze existing documentation to maintain continuity of style and content
-Maintain a comprehensive technical style guide

Requirements:

-1 year experience as a content manager in a high tech B2B company (SaaS - an advantage)
-Bachelor Degree in Arts/Journalism/Humanities/Finance
-Native English or English at a very high level (MUST)
-Excellent technical writing skills in English
-Ability to organize documentation in a clear, concise, and structured manner (MUST)
-Track record of excellence
-Strong attention to detail
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work effectively with diverse departments and groups
-Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
