Marketing Director

You:

 3. Have experience building software - Proven experience in a SaaS company
4. Live in or are willing to move to San Antonio, Texas. Being able to huddle in a room or chat over a coffee gives up a lot of what makes startups win against large companies — speed.

One of our businesses is seeking a Marketing Director. In this role you will work closely with the CEO and Senior leadership team and lead all parts of the marketing machine to include managing the overall process from awareness to conversion for both the assisted and unassisted channels:

o Drive demand generation and lead management strategy
o Plan and execute B2B campaigns (e.g., emphasizing acquisition)
o Develop and manage nurturing campaigns
o Lead management process execution
o Digital Marketing – oversees the optimization of the online properties (website, blog, social) to drive leads to assisted sales opportunities
o Product Marketing – addresses the core questions: 
1) What are we building? 
2) Who are we building it for? 
3) How do we talk about it? 
4) How do we go-to-market? 

You have ~4 years in a particular marketing specialty area (e.g., product marketing, digital marketing, etc.) and have demonstrated rapid career progression, in terms of responsibilities and scope.
