Keen is looking for an exceptional Director of Technical Sales.
You’ll know this role is for you if you:
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset, business savvy, and run your team’s territory like it’s your own business. Only the self-driven, activity oriented, and risk-taking need apply
- Have a working knowledge of the technical side of software development. Past experience as a software engineer a big plus
- Are exceptional at whatever you do - we bet on talent over tenure
- Have experience being part of successful early stage sales organization
- Have experience building strong sales teams - from recruiting winners to honing their superior sales skills. Proven experience in SaaS a plus
- Live in or are willing to move to the great city of San Antonio, TX
- Have a strong sense of urgency, a positive attitude and resilience
- Leverage your genuine and insatiable curiosity to learn more about customers and their businesses to propose the right solutions and bring insight to your peers and team
- Skilled at building a network of partners/affiliates
- Possess the ability to develop stretch goals which are objective, easily understood, and tied to metrics
