Growth Marketing Manager

Keen, a Scaleworks portfolio company, is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Growth Marketing Manager to lead growth marketing and conversion rate optimization. In this cross-functional role, you will learn a lot and have the chance to try new things on many different channels. You will be focused on strategic lead generation and responsible for developing marketing activities that accelerate the customer pipeline and drive revenue.  In this role, optimization instincts, product savvy, and an analytical mindset are key to driving growth, engagement, and conversion.

Responsibilities:
  • Work across the organization to establish growth strategies to support Keen’s revenue goals.
  • Drive demand generation and lead management strategy
  • Run acquisition-focused digital campaigns end-to-end and oversee the execution of the campaign through to completion
  • Manage acquisition-focused activities such as events and non-digital paid placements
  • Optimize and execute lead management process in partnership with sales
  • Investigate and test new channels to find new customers
  • Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data up to the executive level.


Requirements:
  • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
  • Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
  • Strong analytical aptitude. A love of data and can analyze a marketing funnel; you can identify and size different growth opportunities and the various ways to meet them
  • Outstanding written, oral and organizational ability.
  • Experience with digital channels, such as Facebook Ad Network, Adwords, Display Network, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Knowledge of Hubspot, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS
  • 3+ years’ experience in growth marketing, preferably at a SaaS company
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - we’re looking for someone determined and able to win
