Account Executive
Keen, a Scaleworks portfolio company, is the platform that enables software developers to build customer-facing analytics into their apps in a quick, flexible, and scalable way. We are seeking an Account Executive that is driven, intensely curious, and strategic, to support our growing sales team. We value dynamic doers that communicate well and can understand emerging customer needs. The Account Executive is responsible for surpassing their monthly target for net-new revenue by generating a high-volume of leads through prospecting activities and advancing them through the stages of the Keen sales process.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Become an expert on Keen's platform and the growing landscape of B2B cloud software
- Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with a broad level of audiences, up to and including the C-level
- Identify, uncover, and develop new account opportunities utilizing solution-selling and value-selling techniques to effectively guide sales process to close
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing your pipeline of opportunities
- Leverage and coordinate cross-functional internal teams (Engineering, Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to efficiently navigate sales cycles
- Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Hubspot
- Work strategically with management to identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions
Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a closing role at a SaaS provider with a record of top performance
- Experience selling technology products and/or services to customers, navigating a complex sales process
- Technically savvy and specifically skilled in using CRM (preferably Hubspot) to manage sales cycles
- Bachelor’s degree and/or early startup experience strongly preferred
