Account Executive - TINT

TINT is the enterprise UGC platform that helps brands humanize their marketing to build trust and increase conversions along every step of the customer journey by leveraging authentic user-generated content (UGC). Over 5,000 brands in 172 countries rely on TINT to collect and curate their best UGC shared on social media and repurpose to create experiences on websites, apps, digital screens, email, social ads, print, and more. Located in San Antonio, TX along the beautiful Riverwalk, TINT is looking for an ambitious Account Executive to help fuel our revenue growth.

Role Description

We’re looking for an Account Executive to help us execute full-cycle SaaS sales. You will work in a fast-paced environment and sell cutting edge social solutions to prospective customers. You will work closely with our sales and lead gen teams, exercise your own prospecting skills, and drive the sales process. You need to be driven, positive, high energy, and organized.

Responsibilities

• Develop target prospect lists and execute cold outreach via phone, email and social media
• Qualify prospects based on their current business pains and needs 
• Enter and update all activities into SalesForce 
• Follow up with and qualify all inbound leads 
• Meet or exceed quota every month 
• Self-generate sales pipeline

• You are intensely curious and constantly look for ways to enhance your knowledge of our industry, market, and competitors to provide the sales edge needed to close business and generate revenue.
• You seek feedback at every opportunity to be the best you can be. You are a problem solver and always searching for ways to do your job better and faster. 
• The perfect candidate studies sales tactics and methods in their free time and puts them in action. 

Desired Skills & Experience

• Prior lead generation and/or sales prospecting experience is required 
• Excellent phone and writing skills, able to communicate effectively in both mediums 
• Committed to excellence, disciplined and money motivated
• Motivated self-starter that can work with little supervision 
• Positive outlook, coachability with an upbeat personality 
• Adept with using a CRM, preferably salesforce.com 
• Contribute to a positive company culture
• Previous success in a similar role 
• Highly organized
• Goal-oriented 
• Self-motivated
