Account Executive

Filestack, a Scaleworks portfolio company, delivers the world’s first digital content API platform that help online brands to build vibrant, active and personalized content experiences. Located in San Antonio, TX (Riverwalk), Filestack is looking for an ambitious Account Executive to help fuel our revenue growth.

You will need to be driven, high energy, organized and have excellent phone and email skills to locate, contact, follow up and convert prospects into qualified demo’s. 

Great growth potential 

 Responsibilities: 
• Develop target prospect lists and execute cold outreach via phone, email and social media
• Qualify prospects based on their current business pains and needs 
• Enter and update all activities into SalesForce 
• Follow up with and qualify all inbound leads 
• Meet or exceed quota every month 
• Self-generate sales pipeline
• Schedule demo’s  

Last but certainly not least you will test, analyze and improve business development tactics. Be a problem solver and always searching for ways to do your job better and faster. The perfect candidate is one who studies sales tactics and methods in their free time and puts them in action. 

Desired Skills & Experience: 
• Prior lead generation and/or sales prospecting experience is required 
• Excellent phone and writing skills, able to communicate effectively in both mediums 
• Committed to excellence, disciplined and money motivated
• Motivated self-starter that can work with little supervision 
• Positive outlook, coachability with an upbeat personality 
• Adept with using a CRM, preferably salesforce.com 
• Contribute to a positive company culture
• Previous success in a similar role 
• Highly organized
• Goal oriented 
• Self motivated
