What we need
The Consultant will be a core member of the Talent Acquisition team and collaborate with multiple business units to attract A+ talent into Sattva. We are seeking young dynamic individuals who are passionate about attracting high potential talent and are outcome-focused and enjoy a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work culture.
 

Primary Role
Driving recruitment processes and outreach
  • Develop recruitment strategies, job posting strategy, digital and non-digital employment branding, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, and talent acquisition planning.
  • Own the recruitment life-cycle process for open positions for different BUs. 
  • Design and implement internship programs; including developing and implementing university relations strategy.
  • Develop and execute strategies to fill active and passive pipelines through sourcing and recruitment programs.
  • Ensure a positive, smooth and efficient recruiting process both internally and externally; create a fantastic candidate experience through transparency and speed.

Partnership building
  • In partnership with hiring managers, develop and execute strategies to achieve company-wide headcount goals.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager & other teams to build the Sattva employer brand including creative & effective ways to broadcast and promote open positions, the company culture, and what makes Sattva a top employer. 
  • Contribute to developing the onboarding processes in collaboration with people team

MIS development 
  • Provide hiring and employment data, metrics and visualization analytics for the Talent Acquisition dashboard.

What we are looking for

We are looking for passionate individuals who align with our vision and have the following profile: 

  • Minimum 4 years of talent acquisition experience and a bachelor’s degree
  • Progressive experience of recruiting high potential talent in a fast-paced corporate environment. Experience with social impact consulting firms or social enterprise will be a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, LinkedIn and other channels of sourcing
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Proven experience as a team player and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and is effective in developing positive and productive relationships with all levels of staff and management across the organization.
  • Has excellent project management and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to deliver high quality, accurate work on time and within budget.
