THE ROLE
At Satalia we do not have a traditional sales team and we are not looking to develop the traditional sales team or culture. We are looking for an individual to prospect and nurture our leads as they come in across the business. Your role will coordinate, identify and qualify leads while proactively communicating the Satalia offering. You will have the ability to redesign our pipeline and sales funnel (CRM).


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and streamline the internal lead generation and pipeline management process.
  • Build and nurture business opportunities by understanding their needs and understanding where they are in the procurement process.
  • Design a shareable process to qualify and prospect incoming leads aligned to the strategic objectives and capabilities of Satalia
  • Redesign and own our CRM process and system.
  • Understand and coordinate pipeline activities and meetings to help develop clear actions and decisions.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
  • Proficient with CRM.
  • Understand the full lifecycle of software development projects.
  • Experienced in qualifying and prospecting clients.
  • Experienced in B2B sales.
