The Digital Marketing Coordinator works closely with sales, merchandising, and advertising teams to build pay-per-click ad campaigns that drive sales on various e-commerce sites. This person plays an integral role in in providing support and performing research for accounts, as well as implementing paid search campaigns and optimizing for top performance.
This role requires a strong understanding of paid search and performance marketing to effectively drive day-to-day tactical execution of the campaigns and help exceed client expectations. To be successful in this position, an individual must be able to shift focus to different types of projects, a quick learner, proficient with Excel and be able to work productively with various team members under minimal supervision.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Drive day-to-day tactical execution of campaigns based on client expectations
o Build and optimize pay-per-click ad campaigns for Amazon and other e-commerce retailers
o Monitor campaigns, budgets and performance for team members
o Perform bulk campaign setups and optimizations for team members
o Help maintain overall account tracker and ensure campaigns are pacing appropriately
· Gather data and help develop campaign reports
o Perform regular downloads of data related to paid search performance
o Compile data into the appropriate format and upload to reporting tools
o Analyze data and provide a list of suggestions for improvement
o Provide suggestions for improvement in reporting based on overall trends across clients and changes in the landscape
· Perform research for client strategies and new business opportunities
o Conduct research and determine appropriate keywords for campaigns
o Conduct competitive landscape analyses and determine areas of opportunity
o Perform strategic research for clients and make suggestions for improvement

· Proven ability to manage multiple projects, drive hard to completion, and deliver effective results
· Track record of building and maintaining customer/client relationships
· Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills
· Excellent analytical thinking and reasoning skills
· Advanced computer skills, proven proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
· Google AdWords and Tableau experience a plus
· Amazon Advertising experience a big plus
