Saatva is looking for an experienced Social Media manager to join our social media team in Austin! You will be responsible for managing content & community for all our social channels. You will work closely with the creative, content, brand and marketing teams to ensure that Saatva's social media channels are in alignment with other company brand, marketing, and PR initiatives.
- Be a strong writer and able to lead thought leadership initiatives
- Have strong project and people management skills
- Be able to work with cross-functional teams
- Be proficient on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, & YouTube
- Be creative!
Job responsibilities include:
- Help develop and manage brand voice with tone nuances for each social channel
- Editorial planning & content management
- Understand Saatva's social media audience personas when creating content
- Create customer response matrixes and help train our customer service team on how to engage with our customers on social media
- Develop influencer partnerships & engagement
- Community management
- Use data and analytics to drive strategy and performance reporting
