You will primarily be responsible for targeted hiring across the globe using traditional and non-traditional means. Responsibilities
- Determine the current and future hiring needs as per rtCamp’s growth strategy
- Develop strategy and hiring plans to fulfil the workforce planning. This will include optimised job posting, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, recruitment planning
- Perform directed sourcing and headhunting to find the right candidates in a time-bound manner for a given geography
- Screening the candidate’s profile based on the understanding of the duties and competencies of different roles
- Provide weekly recruitment MIS and finetune hiring process to match the target
- Organise and/or attend careers fairs/conferences/meetups to widen the network
- Develop relationships with third-party staffing firms and manage the pipeline of the quality of candidates in the pipeline
- Being accountable for the recruitment cycle and leading recruitment team
Must Haves
- 5-7 years of targeted hiring experience for senior roles for Enterprise IT Agency
- Proven success in onboarding candidates globally
- Strong skills in proactive recruiting strategies using non- traditional recruiting methods
- Deep understanding of the usage of social media, recruiting tools and job boards
- An extrovert with outstanding written and verbal communication in English, who isn’t shy to start a conversation
- Ability to manage and present yield ratio for recruitment
