Technical Admin Co-ordinator

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Updates of stock inventory & record.   
  • Co-ordinating on issue of DO, logistics, forwarding (prepare shipping invoices/packing list etc.)        
  • Issue of MR and PO including matching our signed PO to supplier’s invoices.      
  • Processed incoming orders, such as open job order file and handled customer-related issues.   
  • Prepare documentation (timesheet, inspection report and etc.)
  • Closing of completed jobs and issue invoice to company.    
  • Provide secretarial support to Workshop Manager. 
  • Weekly and monthly update of sales & forecast report.   
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by the management
