In this role as the Director of Sales APAC, you will:
- oversee the activities of the APAC teams and help to grow and develop the organization, based on an understanding of the needs of the International professional services organization.
- develop strong relationships and work closely with Implementation Specialists, Solutions Consultants, Sales Engineers, Project management team and Product Management to facilitate solutions to customer issues.
- work with cross functional teams to ensure the best possible customer experience is provided to our customers and be able to communicate complex topics to customer business leaders as well as internal stakeholders at all levels.
Required competencies
- Higher Education (Master / Bachelor) in technical or business field preferred.
- Sales experience in either the maritime sector or B2B sales.
- Experience of coordinating and managing sales team members is essential on both hard and soft targets in a dynamic sales environment.
- Sales leadership experience desirable.
- Knowledge of Marine Sales within the Maritime Industry is considered a strong advantage.
- International network and cross-cultural understanding is an advantage
