(PB) Business Development (Marketing)

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead business unit to meet operational, financial and business objectives.
Negotiate and manage cooperation with key partners, govt agencies and external service providers.
Manage & organize work processes and resources to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Lead in the implementation & execution of new business projects and transactions.
Understand and translate client needs into marketing solutions and operational KPI
Collaborate with country teams on business opportunities and strategies for business growth.


Requirements
Good operational knowledge  with sound understanding & appreciation of the O&G , construction, engineering industry and HSE.
Able to straddle and work across functions with internal & external customers and suppliers.
Experienced and able to execute full sales spectrum from pre-sales qualification and prospecting to post sales account management.
Able to lead, manage and motivate a team (no direct reports)
Strategic while still having the hands on approach
Great market research and analytical skills
Influencing skills are very important specially influencing higher up the ladder
Good written and interpersonal communication skills
