Brand Manager

Brand Manager (Full-Time / Los Angeles, CA)
ROSEWOOD is looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial Brand Manager who is excited about the ever-evolving world of social media. The ideal candidate is passionate and looking to move their career forward within a dynamic, fast-paced, and growing creative agency. 

Responsibilities:
  • Identify real-time digital and cultural trends to inform social strategy and community building.
  • Lead development and day to day management of Publishing Calendar to ensure successful program development and execution across various social channels.
  • Develop client proposals and presentations in partnership with Creative team to answer client briefs, strategy and project management. 
  • Extract insights, identify trends and build out data driven strategies to amplify creative campaign performance to exceed client KPIs. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of client social initiatives to concept deliverables that best meet, optimize and add value. 
  • Proactively identify category, brand, cultural, real-time news and consumer trends that highlight opportunities to elevate client brand and business. 
  • Drive strategy, ideation, and development of social content across current and upcoming platforms.
  • Extract insights, identify trends and build out data driven strategies to amplify creative campaign performance to exceed client KPIs. 
  • Ensure timely delivery of assets, feedback and revisions.
  • Maintain positive relationships and build confidence among clients and internal teams.
  • Support client communication as needed, including regular updates around status, timeline, monthly scope, deliverables, performance reporting, and other action items.
  • Lead specialty projects and assignments as needed.
  • Embody a Team player mentality day in and day out. 

Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of brand management or equivalent social/digital/integrated marketing experience within a fast-paced creative agency.
  • Experience working with clients in the music industry is a plus. 
  • Ability to successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects autonomously.
  • Strong understanding of the social and digital ecosystem.
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities. 
  • Fluency in Keynote. Proficiency in Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat DC, MS Office, Pages.
