The Sales Development Representative plays a critical role in fueling our growth by identifying potential business opportunities and driving the initial communication outreach. Responsibilities
- Team up & work closely with our sales and account management team to develop and execute sales communication with targeted customers.
- Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
- Source prospective clients through referrals, networking, social media, research, sales leads, conference attendance, and direct contact.
- Partner with sales leaders to develop a communication strategy to follow-up, nurture, and qualify leads
- Schedule meetings with potential customers and Sales Executives
- Consult & team with internal sales to ensure the quality of demonstrations being scheduled.
- Develop a strategy with Account Management team to conduct proactive outbound calling.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in a successful sales role OR a strong passion/interest in a selling career.
- Consulting sales or staffing sales experience preferred
- Hunger for career growth.
- Desire to learn new technology, meet and exceed goals & ramp quickly.
- Ability to work in high-energy sales team environment as a team player.
- Natural leader with positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills.
