We are looking for a Hybrid Talent/Sales Specialist to work both sides of the desk, bringing in their current clients/book of business and/or building new business, in addition to sourcing their own candidates and building a pipeline. The Talent/Sales Specialist will be responsible for finding the best candidates for open positions and also, seeking and establishing relationships with new clients to fill their open positions. This position is a particularly good fit for someone who identifies themselves as a Sales Heavyweight and who can work independently that does not have to rely on salespeople to pull in clients. Nor do they have other recruiters find candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Full sales cycle:
- Bringing in current book of business and adding to our revenue stream.
- Working with current accounts in your portfolio.
- Adding new brands/accounts to your portfolio.
- Appropriate work in Sales Force to measure your selling pipeline and to maintain metrics.
- Full cycle recruiting:
- Screen, interview and prepare candidates within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
- Measure and report on pipeline progress
- Develop relationships with candidates and give them an amazing candidate journey.
- Build healthy, robust pipeline of candidates.
- On both Talent/Sales piece:
- Demonstrate knowledge and excitement about our business and opportunities to both candidates and clients.
- Ability to successfully manage each candidate and client you contact from start to finish by utilizing superior intuition, judgment and creativity in negotiating with and closing both
- Masterful at using networking or social media techniques.
- Driven to take the time and initiative to learn about client’s needs beyond the required technical skills and deliver candidates who possess the necessary soft skills, personality, and organizational fit to thrive and succeed within the client company
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong sourcing and research experience.
- 5+ years demonstrated sales and recruiting experience required.
- Experience recruiting for wide range of positions.
- Experience working with a wide range of clients in various markets.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills including strong self-motivation, focus, and a passion for tech.
- Prove experience managing high requisition workload.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision or direction.
- Professional, entrepreneurial mindset and attitude.
- Ability to pick up new systems and technology quickly if you don’t know it already.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and project in an agile environment.
