Why we need you?
One of our client who is globally known for an enterprise level Customer Success platform is looking for Director of customer support to join in their adventurous journey.


Here are some of what you’ll be doing :
  • You will be part of the management team as a key player in the company and will help them drive the global growth of the business.
  • You will also support the overall function of the customer support and content to take it to the next level


We would love to hear from you if :

  • You have 5+ years of strong experience in a Customer support role in a Saas industry.
  • You have experience in designing and building an in-depth knowledge base.
  • You have experience in building and managing a remote team.
  • You have prior or current experience with Salesforce, Hubspot and Intercom
