Title: Service Desk Supervisor
Location: Charlottesville, VA
Job Type: Direct full-time hire
Here are exiting responsibilities:
- You will supervise day-to-day operations of a team of minimum 8 Service Desk Level II & III analysts who support our physical office locations worldwide.
- You will directly oversee enterprise-wide computer hardware purchasing, imaging, deployment, or shipment.
- You will work closely with System Administration team to ensure corporate OS images are up to date and secure.
- You will assist the End User Services Manager with the hiring and training of all new team members as well as assist with the annual performance review process.
We would love to hear from you, if:
- You must have 5+ years of experience in IT supervisory or management
- You must have 5+ years of experience performing complex technical support for business-critical systems.
- You must hold CompTIA A+ and ITIL certifications.
- You must have advanced knowledge of PC/Mac software, operating systems, applications, network, and hardware.
