One of our Client is looking for "Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant/ Hospital Physician" to join their Cardiac Intensive Care Unit team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
In this role you will:
- The Nurse Practitioner will be involved in clinical practice, consultation, professional development, education, and research.
- The clinical portion of this role will require an increased level of accountability, including managing a cohort of high-acuity patients.
- The Front Line Ordering Clinician the Nurse Practitioner may also be required to utilize invasive interventions and procedures to promote physiologic stability.
- Additional responsibilities include rotating off-shift coverage, which includes nights, weekends and holidays determined by the clinical needs of the practice environment.
- The Nurse Practitioner will also collaborate with teams from specialties including heart failure and transplantation, pulmonary and lung transplantation, cardiac anesthesia, electrophysiology, and cardiac intervention.
