The Role:
This is a key hire for RolePoint and our Customer Success team as we scale our operations to meet the high (and ever-increasing!) demand of our world-class talent acquisition products.
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll have a book of clients and will focus on building and maintaining relationships, revenue retention and growth, monitoring and increasing customer health, while constantly providing visibility into our clients needs - you're the voice of the customer!
With customers like Tesla, Intuit, Red Bull, and PayPal, you'll have the opportunity to consult with some of the biggest brands in the world. All while working with a fun, enthusiastic, and roll-up-your-sleeves type of team!
Who you are:
• You have a 4 year degree, preferably an advanced degree (MBA / MS).
• You have 2-5 years enterprise customer success or account management experience.
• You can charm anyone. Including a snake charmer.
• Two words: Problem. Solver.
• You're extremely organized and diligent in following up with your clients and peers.
• Most importantly, you're a self-starter who is comfortable working in a startup environment (read: "rolling up your sleeves" is expected, encouraged, and will happen all the time).
Your primary responsibilities:
You will be responsible for maintaining and renewing a book of RolePoint's clients while driving the team's internal processes, ideas, and projects forward.
• You'll act as the main point of contact, project manager, & SME for clients using RolePoint's world-class talent acquisition products
• Report on clients success and/or areas for improvement
• Responsible for forecasting retention and expansion opportunities for your clients (we use Salesforce for this)
• Manage client expectations. Never over-commit and under-deliver.
• Track & report valuable KPIs so we can brag about your accomplishments!
• Help clients with their use and needs of RolePoint's products (developing and delivering metrics/reporting, raising enhancements with technical/product teams, etc)
You'll get bonus points for:
- Enterprise Account Management experience [within HRTech or other SaaS companies]
- Completed sales training courses/certifications
- MBA, continuing education
