The Role:
The Client Solutions Architect will report directly to the Vice President, Head of Account Management based in NYC. This is a critical role within our Customer Success team as we scale our operations to meet the high (and increasing!) demand of our world-class talent acquisition products. You’ll engage with our clients to enhance and tailor RolePoint’s platform to their specific needs and ensure RolePoint is a quintessential part of their HR and Talent Acquisition IT landscape. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding clients technical needs from RolePoint, working with product and engineers to build a solution and will champion the delivery of the solution for the client.
With customers like Walmart, UPS, PayPal, Red Bull, and VMware, you'll have the opportunity to change the way enterprises recruit new talent while helping them streamline their recruitment processes.
You'll work with some of the biggest industry leaders in HR and Talent Acquisition while working with a fun, enthusiastic, and roll-up-your-sleeves type of team.
Who you are:
- You have a 4 year degree with a minimum of 5 years professional experience
- You have a minimum of 3 years Project Management experience with a knack for communicating across many different stakeholders. Deadlines & Gantt charts are your best friends!
- You make your clients smile and they'll be a (positive) reference for you.
- You're genuinely interested in building a more efficient process to help your teammates and clients succeed.
- You're comfortable handling implementation and workflow conversations both internally and externally.
- You're resourceful and an EXCELLENT problem-solver
- You're a self-starter who is comfortable working in a startup environment (read: "rolling up your sleeves" is second-nature)
Your primary responsibilities:
You will be a solutions oriented technical project owner. Over time, our clients change systems and internal recruiting workflows, and our goal is to ensure RolePoint is molding with their business accordingly. You'll be responsible for ensuring our platform is providing a fantastic (and recognizable!) return on investment for clients. You'll manage client projects which may require your technical design expertise to adjust their integration, coordinate development of those changes internally with our engineering team and drive projects forward to meet aggressive deadlines.
Prior technical consulting or technical project management experience delivering product solutions to enterprise companies is a big plus!
- You'll act as a main point of contact, project manager, & SME for clients requiring enhancements and/or integration changes to help them succeed with our services
- Collaborate (very closely) with RolePoint's Customer Success and Engineering teams, as well as the client, to ensure their business requirements are documented, understood, tracked and actioned accordingly
- Utilize internal tools and configuration to help enhance the clients experience with RolePoint
- Manage client expectations. Never over-commit and under-deliver.
- Track & report valuable KPIs so we can brag about your accomplishments!
- Understand client needs and work with product/engineers to develop solutions to help clients be (even more!) successful
- If you don't know the answer, ask someone!
- As a perfectionist, you will deliver on time, be communicative with clients about progress, and you prioritize your tasks to ensure success
- Prior experience with technical or application support [SaaS specific], sales engineering, implementation, and or product management is a plus!
