Jr. Graphic Designer

Job Overview
 We are looking for a Jr. level Graphic Designer to join the Rogue Creative Team. The Jr. graphic designer will help to design from concept through execution visual communications, marketing assets, and sales materials to support our Sales department, Marketing department, and Public Houses.
 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
Follow design briefs, priorities lists, and senior direction to create brand appropriate designs from concept through execution of, but not limited to: web pages, web banners, social media banners & adds, newsletters, e-blasts, sell sheets, event posters, sales presentations, campaign assets, POS, merchandise, brochures, menus, logos, product packaging and more… 
 
 Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Arts/Design/Production Art, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
 
Experience: 1 year working in graphic design or equivalent.
 
Required skills:  Fluency in the Adobe Creative Suite; demonstrated knowledge of typography, layout, and design theory; illustrating and drafting ability; organizational skills; experience in concepting and ideation of assigned projects in a clear and concise manner; ability to meet deadlines; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong teamwork and work ethic.
