Our national sales team needs a strategic leader and captain to help us continue to grow both domestically and internationally. 
  
Summary:
The Vice President of Sales will report directly to Rogue Ales and Spirits General Manager and will lead all aspects of the Rogue Sales Team and is responsible for establishing and executing against initiatives that promote sales growth, personnel retention, and customer satisfaction. 
  
Job Responsibilities: 
-Develop strategic initiatives to drive sales performance 
-Encourage outstanding performance and reward productivity. 
-Build, develop and manage a growing sales team. 
-Set, and review individual and departmental goals. 
-Work closely with operations and marketing peers to develop best in class programs to leverage our portfolio of award winning beers and spirits. 
-Coordinate sales training of sales team and key distributors. 
-Build and maintain genuine relationships with Rogue’s distribution partners and work to become exemplary supplier partners. 
-Bring an analytical approach in prioritizing and exposing Rogue to new opportunities and risks. 
-Organize and conduct annual business plans with senior sales team and distributor partners. 
-Most importantly work to promote a culture that reflects Rogues values. 
  
Job Requirements:
-7+ years of proven success leading a sales team for a large to medium size alcoholic beverage company. 
-Must fit well in the company culture and work effectively across teams inside and outside of the organization. 
-Personal ownership of results, ability to bring an innovative approach to getting things done. 
-Exceptional strategic, planning and execution skills. 
-Excellent Communication (Written/verbal) and presentation skills. 
-Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines 
-25% Travel 
-Bachelor’s Degree
