Company/Opportunity:
Founded by E&P experts who have previously invested $600M into Wyoming-based oil and gas assets, “RWW” is a new strategic mineral and royalty acquisition company headquartered in Sheridan, Wyoming. RWW is seeking an analytical Land Manager that can bring accountability and direction to its in-house and 3rd party title teams. The focus of this job is on organizing and overseeing the production of high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures while using the industry’s newest software platforms. Ideal candidates possess sufficient experience working for a Land Services Company as a Project Manager or similar. Job Duties:
- Review title abstracts, runsheets, and MOR reports completed by in-house and 3rd party title teams;
- Provide leadership in the management, training, and aiding of company title teams and landmen;
- Act as company liaison between RWW and 3rd party title team, directing and overseeing the prioritization of lands as prescribed by management;
- Manage and participate in in-house due diligence projects surrounding small and large-scale acquisitions;
- Maintain digital databases of pertinent information across various software platforms, including the management of company assets in Mineralsoft;
- Prepare “seller packages” for RWW affiliated buyers;
- Collaborate with management, buyers, and title team to design and improve upon workflow efficiencies as the company grows;
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Wyoming’s oil and gas statutes, rules, and regulations as they relate to mineral and royalty ownership

Location: Position will be based out of Company’s new headquarters in Sheridan, WY.
Required Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience engaged in full-time land work;
- Strong familiarity with Wyoming’s existing oil and gas environment and activity;
- Extensive experience in running title from patent to present and identifying title defects;
- Detail oriented and process driven; adept at the learning and application of new software technologies;
- Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills and experience working with a broad range of people;
- A high degree of initiative, self-motivation, accountability and independent judgment;
- Energetic with the ability to empower others while sharing ownership and accountability for project outcomes;
- Focus on priorities, setting objectives and goals, measuring performance and evaluating results;
- Can establish a positive rapport with others and is effective in managing relationships through openness, honesty, and cooperation;
