Head of Sales

Note:  Full time role based out of NYC

The Head of Sales will be responsible for building out, leading and growing our sales team at Rockerbox. This would be a leadership role that would report into the CEO. The candidate should be able to grow with Rockerbox as we scale towards ~$20M in ARR. We're looking for candidates that can define the direction of their team (looking out 6/12/18 months) and ensure the plan is executed against. 

For the right candidate this is a unique opportunity to have a dramatic impact on Rockerbox, joining as the first ever Head of Sales just as Rockerbox is hitting an inflection point. 

What you’ll be doing:
  • Help develop and execute on the sales strategy for Rockerbox 
  • Lead all recruiting for Account Executives and SDRs
  • Develop and train all members of the sales organization. From pitch practice to joining on sales calls, development of your team is key
  • Define and track Rockerbox's sales KPIs from inbound to renewals

Soft Requirements: 
  • Have 8+ years of experience for a solutions oriented SaaS sales product
  • Have 3+ years of experience in sales leadership
  • Proven ability to hire, train and lead Account Executives
  • Have experience at a startup seeing sales teams grow and scale
