Rockerbox is hiring a Product Specialist for our fast growing marketing attribution platform. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and technology, and requires an inquisitive person that loves troubleshooting product to support our customers.
The Product Specialist is an essential part of the customer-facing team, and is responsible for triaging, investigating, and resolving issues our customers encounter. You are perfect for this role if you love being a deep product expert; are customer empathetic and highly responsive; are effective multitasking in a growing environment; and creatively solve problems.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to, triage, and resolve customer issues related to our product
- Communicate and escalate customer experiences
- Write internal and external documentation
- Build and maintain internal tools
About You:
- 1+ years experience troubleshooting technology (SaaS product preferred)
- 1+ years customer-facing experience
- Extremely well-organized and thrives in multi-tasking
- Passionate about working in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Equally capable of working autonomously and as a member of a team
