HR Representative - Far Rockaway

  • Provide Customer Service at all times
  • Excellent Organizational skills.
  • Process all incoming applicants: fax employment references and call agencies if needed, call personal references.
  • Update applications as documents are received
  • Keep track of all applicants complete and incomplete
  • Follow-up on all incomplete applications WEEKLY, faxing references as many times as necessary and calling agencies to ensure fax # is correct. This includes checking HCR every time a follow up is done to ensure aide is Employable.
  • Perform Orientation for all Complete Applicants.
  • Contact the aides to keep them in compliance with medicals, in-service, and employment authorization
  • Follow HR instructions regarding the aides compliance
  • Duties are subject to change according to the agency needs.

  • Bilingual - English / Spanish
  • Home Care Experience
  • HR Experience
