Home Care agency is seeking employee who will be responsible for coordinating home care services for members of the community.
- Assigning/scheduling Home Health Aides to provide services to patients.
- Coordinates HHA PCA services.
- Prepares and sends employee profiles.
- Ensures aides clock in and out and input tasks according to POC
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Coordination Experience
- Microsoft Office Experience Required
- HHAeXchange Knowledge Required
