Customer Success Job Description

GroupFire is looking for a resourceful Customer Success Manager to join the team and make our customers wildly successful. From initial on-boarding to training to renewals, you can do it all - and you do it with style. Basically, the word “churn” is your worst nightmare.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Build trust and maintain strong relationships by learning about each customer's individual needs and business goals, and figuring out how that customer can best use GroupFire’s features.
  • Guide new customers through the on-boarding process and be the expert for all questions and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain a library of beautiful support materials (FAQs, “How To” videos, feature guides, etc.).
  • Regularly meet with existing customers to maintain relationships and engage in ongoing education about GroupFire’s best practices and new features
  • Build and Lead a team of Customer Success Superstars
