Seasonal Fulfillment Associate

OVERVIEW

The Fulfillment Associate role picks and packs orders that arrive via our web and wholesale sales channels. This role requires the accurate identification of items needed to fulfill orders and the organized placement of these items into shipping packaging for processing. This role reports directly to the Fulfillment Manager. Our Holiday 2019 Seasonal Period runs from August 19 - December 20. Working hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform a variety of fulfillment duties such as pulling customer orders, packing/assembling orders, labeling boxes
  • Verify quantity, weight, and conformance of materials to stated identifications
  • Check outbound orders for accuracy and completeness, such as matching shipping label with invoice number
  • Process packing sheets and other documents
  • Ensure warehouse space and amenities are kept clean and tidy
  • Occasional supply audits

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Familiarity with shipping software a plus, but not required
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time with ability to move nimbly in tight spaces
