Seasonal Customer Care Specialist


The Customer Care Specialist is primarily responsible for assisting the Customer Care team while building and strengthening the overall customer experience. This position reports directly to the Customer Care Manager as part of the Sales team.


  • Answer the main phone line ensuring all inbound calls are answered in an appropriate manner, screened, and distributed to the proper department if necessary
  • Have a strong grasp and understanding of all Rifle Paper Co. products so questions and advice on items can be answered correctly and accurately
  • Utilize software tools such as Zendesk, SAP Business One, ShipStation and online payment processors on a regular basis to provide fantastic customer service for orders placed, refunds and/or exchanges issued, and other various customer service needs
  • Assist the Customer Care team with daily assignments including, but not limited to, answering general customer inquiries, monitoring comments across all social media platforms, and processing online returns
  • Work with the Fulfillment Department for inquiries regarding online shipments and ensure communication from the brand is provided in a timely fashion
  • Work with Merchandising and Product Development teams to collect customer feedback as it pertains to products
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude that contributes to a positive team environment. Team oriented but also self-driven with a proactive nature.


  • High School diploma required
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Communicate with the professional tone and demeanor Rifle Paper Co. is known for
  • Strong listening and comprehension skills
  • Must be organized while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of resourcefulness and a strong ability to problem solve quickly
  • Extremely detail oriented but also able to multitask under pressure
  • Ability to adapt to many scenarios and prioritize accordingly
  • Experience working in Zendesk and SAP Business One a plus
