The Digital Media Specialist will be responsible for the management and continued optimization of paid search and performance media campaigns for multiple clients. This person must be a data-driven self-starter, with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns. Even more important than paid media chops is “grit level”; we require team members who like to work hard and continually improve and learn.

Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Manage, optimize and scale paid search campaigns for multiple clients and verticals on a day-to-day basis, developing proactive, strategic optimizations to help clients achieve business goals
  • Identify and execute A/B testing opportunities to continually improve conversion rate and campaign efficiency
  • Manage paid social campaign strategy and execution, leveraging various social platforms
  • Work with Performance Media Manager to make recommendations to clients for improved performance as it pertains to budget allocation, landing page optimization, and audience targeting
  • Ensure accounts remain in scope and perform ongoing adjustments
  • Compile monthly reporting and data to drive insights and strategy
  • Participate in meetings and email communication with clients

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Adwords certification and a minimum of three years managing SEM campaigns
  • Deep understanding of Adwords bidding strategies and best practices
  • Results-oriented and data-driven with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Experience using Google Analytics to analyze channel performance; Google Analytics certification a plus
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Previous experience in lead generation or other performance marketing verticals
  • Conversion rate optimization experience preferred
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage and complete tasks independently
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
