Paid Search Specialist

RIESTER is currently looking for a paid search engine marketing professional to execute and manage paid search client activity. This person will have an understanding of clients’ overall business and search marketing objectives. This role includes strategic ongoing recommendations, campaign implementation, SEM optimization and frequent reporting to clients.

  • Establishes search strategy and defines KPIs based on client goals
  • Nurtures client relationships and suggests innovative ideas to reach their goals
  • Presents results to clients and internal teams
  • Develops budget recommendations
  • Adheres to digital media flowcharts and budgets
  • Delivers comprehensive reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Manages day-to-day for paid search campaigns
  • Drives campaign optimization through performance analysis and testing
  • Monitors workflow, ensures priorities are set and deadlines are met
  • Collaborates with internal teams to enhance user experience and conversion metrics
  • Reviews and analyzes competitor efforts
  • Stays current with industry trends, best practices, statistics, emerging technologies
  • Creates POVs, updates IOs

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 3-5 years direct experience managing paid search accounts
  • Strong presentation skills and professionalism
  • Ability to manage different projects on time and on budget 
  • Extensive SEM detailed level experience
  • Experience with mediums: display, social media, video, mobile advertising
  • Experience with testing software: Optimize, Optimizely, Unbounce
  • Experience with reporting and analysis tools: Google Data Studio, Google Analytics
  • Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills: Tables, charts, advanced functions
  • Certifications: Google Ads Fundamentals, Search Advertising, Google Analytics
  • Exceptional attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, analytical mindset
  • Energized leader, self-starter, multi-tasks in fast paced environment and meets deadlines
  • Some travel may be required
