Position Summary
Junior Recruiter responsibilities include posting jobs ads, doing initial screenings and scheduling interviews. You’ll assist other recruiters, hiring teams and candidates so the hiring process can run smoothly. You’ll help our clients find and hire the most qualified people for their open roles.
Responsibilities
- Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
- Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
- Screen resumes for qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone screens
- Schedule calls and interviews for internal team and clients
- Present qualified candidates to hiring teams with the assistance of the CHRO
- Communicate with candidates and clients promptly
- Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles
- Coordinate reference checks, drug tests and background checks as required by clients
- Participate in recruiting events
- Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Create reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrics

Requirements
Required Education/Experience
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications or relevant field
- Knowledge of recruiting lifecycle
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Critical-thinking skills
Preferred Education/Experience
- Familiarity with recruiting software (ATS) and Human Resource Info Systems (HRIS)
- Experience working remotely
