Position Summary
Barco is looking for a passionate
Vice President of E-commerce Logistics and Analytics to join their eCommerce team as the lead for logistics, inventory and key analytics. You will work with purchasing and planning, vendors, IT, customer service, finance, distribution, and Barco’s own 3PL to create seamless logistics and tracking from point of the purchase order, distribution and to the customer analytics. Must have strong business acumen and financial background.
Primary Responsibilities
- Planning and implementing the overall supply chain strategy, distribution and analytics
- Managing efficiency for Warehouse Inventory and overseeing their daily flow
- Managing 3PL, and reverse logistics (return to vendor and returned product resale)
- Managing customer service workflow by ensuring channel metrics are on-track
- Oversee all shipping carrier management
- Oversee and manage all vendor communication
- Oversee Amazon FBA shipments, labeling, choice of carrier, LTL, International
- Oversee FBA removals, stranded inventory, and delays
- Ensure correct shipping services are chosen for B2C, B2B orders
- Oversee the scheduling of Ocean/international and LTL shipments as required- negotiate rates working with procurement and planning
- Suggest solutions for process improvements
- Managing new channels and launches
- 3PL, Reverse Logistics, Amazon Auditing, and all carrier auditing
- Understand and manage reporting- aging, P & L, etc.

Requirements
Required Education/Experience
- Experience with MS Office, strong Excel, and Access- Intermediate level or above
- 4-7 years of previous logistics or supply chain management experience
- Demand Planning; AI experience helpful
- Apparel Industry Preferred; Fast Fashion or Aviation Demand Planning
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems & Management or related field
Preferred Education/Experience
- M.S. in statistics, mathematics or PhD
