Work remotely for a growing performance body care startup while earning equity! 
 
Position Summary
  • Build and run a successful sales organization for a growing CPG skin care brand
 
Primary Responsibilities 
  • Responsible for all revenue including big box/specialty/boutique retailers, marketplaces and direct to consumer via e-commerce
  • Forecasting and product planning collaboration with COO
  • Branding, messaging, and marketing collaboration with CMO
  • Field Marketing collaboration with VP Field Marketing
  • OKR, KPI, ROI, analytics, and reporting
  • Implement sales process, technology, database, and tracking

  • 25-50%

Required Education/Experience 
  • 5+ yrs of experience selling a CPG brand
  • Grown sales of a direct-to-consumer brand via e-commerce
  • Love for sports
  • Team player
  • Lifelong learner

Preferred Education/Experience 
  • Experience selling body care products
  • Experience selling beauty products
  • Marketing/branding experience 
  • Prior leadership / management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
